Degreasing Oven
Removes binders using a dedicated degreasing process that is environmentally friendly and easy to monitor.
Vacuum Sintering Furnace
Sintering is carried out continuously under ultra-vacuum and high temperature, using different gas fuels to precisely control the furnace temperature, so it can process a variety of alloys. Our continuous sintering capability can effectively meet the high-volume and high-efficiency product requirements of various customers.
Degreasing Sintering Furnace.
Our equipment can precisely control the temperature，The degreased parts are slowly heated in a protective atmosphere to decompose the remaining skeleton binder, and the metal powder is densified into a complete metal body at a temperature close to the melting point,This allows high precision parts to be obtained.
Inspection equipment
We have a modern and well-equipped metrology department. Our advanced nature is reflected in the visual inspection system, three-dimensional coordinate measuring instrument,
scanner, radian and surface roughness, laser particle size, and metallographic inspection equipment. The laboratory is responsible for maintaining and calibrating all measuring instruments and common gages used in processing.
